Deborah CotterMy passion for yoga and curiosity around energy started at a young age and in 2016 I completed her 200 hours hot yoga teacher training with West Coast Hot Yoga. Subsequently, I went on to complete my prenatal, yin yoga and vinyasa training and completed my 500 hour training with Sempeviva Yoga. In the process, I also received my Kundalini teachers certification.
I can’t help but incorporate my love of the animals, yoga and energy work into my practice, both as a teacher and as a student. I believe yoga is available to everyone, and work to make the classes a personal jouney, welcoming, challenging at times. In addition, I am a Level 1 Reiki Practitioner. |
Ted CotterTed comes from a long love affair with fitness. Originally in hockey, becoming a member of the Pentiction Vee's and subsequently earning a full ride to the University of Illinois. Years later, he was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame at the University. Shortly after his university days, he partnered with his sister, Jane, in successfully dressing the fitness industry in Heavenly Bodies work out wear and later in beautiful Heavenly Bodies ladies golf attire. Segwaying into his career in the golf world, Ted was a partner in Miura Golf, a high end forged golf club company. All the while, he has been an avid fitness guy. When he is "not pumping iron" or out on his road bike he can be found teaching 3 classes a week of spin in beautiful Pentiction.
